Application: Used in concrete floor to provide an opening for installation of water pipes, drain pipes, sprinkler lines and gas lines.

Installation: Sleeve is secured to form before pouring concrete.
When the concrete is cured, the sleeve is removed leaving an
opening in the floor.
Application: Used in concrete floors to provide an opening for
multi-pipe installations for subsequent placement of H.V.A.C.
equipment (ie.Vertical fan coil units and heat pumps).

Installation: Sleeve is secured to form before pouring concrete.
When the concrete is cured, the sleeve is removed leaving an
opening in the floor.
Application: Used in concrete floor to provide a large opening for exhaust equipment installation (ie. chimney flue).

Manufactured from 18 Ga Satin Coat Steel
Installation: Sleeve is secured to form using the metal brackets on base. When the concrete is cured, the sleeve is removed leaving an opening in the floor.
